When I started Tipton Law Firm, PLLC in early 2019...

...I had a dream of creating a boutique firm with a focus on working closely with clients to take their transactions from contract to close. And that’s just what I’ve done.  

In 2019

I decided to go all in and practice law for myself full time.

While real estate law and investing is my weekday priority, in my spare time I enjoy working out, walking my dogs, cooking, hiking, traveling and anything having to do with water. But most of all, if it involves food, I’ll be there!

"Ever since I began practicing law in 2016 I’ve focused solely on real estate transactions—closing hundreds each year all over the state of Texas. My goal however is not volume, but accuracy. I pride myself on having close relationships with each and every party I work with and ensuring everyone is satisfied with my services and that my work is correct. While the majority of my clients are real estate investors closing alternative financing transactions, I often assist individual home owners with owner financing, deeding property to family members, affidavits of heirship and much more. I also work with local title companies to provide loan documents and title clearance work."
