Hello, and Welcome!
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Allison Tipton. I’m a licensed attorney here in the great state of Texas and currently reside in San Antonio. I grew up in Austin, Texas and went to Baylor University for my undergraduate studies. While I Baylor I studied Finance and had a little bit too much fun...but we won’t get in to that. I was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity where I enjoyed playing intramural soccer and volleyball, as well as advocating and fundraising for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
After graduating from Baylor University with a BA in Finance, I went straight in to law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. Throughout law school I thought I wanted to get in to family law after graduation. During my time in law school I joined the St. Mary’s Clinic for Legal and Social Justice where I assisted in a custody case as well as a couple of real estate and other civil cases. It was at the clinic that I realized I wanted to handle real estate transactions.
After graduating and taking the bar exam, I took an internship at the San Antonio Board of Realtors with its in house counsel. Once I received the news I passed the bar, I got a job offer at real estate firm handling transactions. It was the perfect job for me at the time. After spending a couple years there, I felt that I had learned all that I could and that it was time for me branch out on my own. I opened up Tipton Law Firm, PLLC in early 2019 to help better serve my clients. I started this firm with the vision of being able to make more meaningful connections with my clients and provide them professional, fast closings at fair and reasonable prices. Thus far I believe I have been able to provide this for my clients and I hope to continue to work for you and get your transactions closed quickly and professionally.

When I’m not hustling to close your transactions you’ll most likely find me spending time with my fiancé Ryan and our two dogs Kona and Nala. We enjoy eating pizza and ramen, as well as hiking, camping and fishing.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me and encouraged me while getting this whole law firm thing started! I cannot tell you how much it means to me.
